WTC.426 Add screen reader functionality
A basic set of ARIA tags and functions have been applied to enhance screen reader functionality.
SI.16 Add copying Jubilant admin scripts to install folder
The installer now copies the Jubilant admin scripts to new \Scripts folder in the install directory. The installer also adds a new Start Menu folder, Flynet Jubilant Admin Scripts which gives access to the more commonly used scripts.
WTC.437 Re-mapping numeric keys
Re-mapping the numeric keys (only) did not take immediate effect. This has been resolved in this version
WTC.438 Deleting a double-width character via delete or backspace
Deleting a double-width character via delete or backspace could cause the field to break. This has been resolved in this version
WTC.439 Toolbar visibility on first load
On the first load of a host into a new tab, the toolbar did not always appear. This has been resolved in this version.
WTC.440 Virtual keyboard key highlighting
The virtual keyboard did not show any highlighting to indicate that a key has been pressed. This has been resolved in this version
WTC.455 Issues starting connection in a new tab
There were some issues around starting a connection in a new tab. These have been resolved in this release.
WTC.456 Numpad operator keys not working as intended with Ignore Num Lock
The num pad operator keys (+-*/) defaulted to their 'function' behaviour instead of their 'numeric' behaviour when Always Numeric was set. This has been resolved in this release.
WTC.429 On-screen keyboard on small screen devices
On small screen devices the on-screen keyboard can be difficult to use. The work around is to define a new keyboard layout and select it via the settings.
Installation
Fresh Install
Please see the Jubilant Admin Manual for Fresh Install Instructions.
Upgrade
Note
Please note the specials steps below if upgrading from a 1.0.x build to a 1.1.x or later build.
If upgrading from Jubilant 1.0.x to 1.1.x extra steps must be carried out before and after the install steps below.
Upgrade is carried out using Jubilant scripts.
- Unzip the installer into a folder.
- Close any web browsers.
- Close any Services windows.
- Open PowerShell ISE as Administrator.
- In the PowerShell ISE open the Jubilant PowerShell script: "JubilantUpdate.ps1".
- Run the required script by pressing the green play / run script button on the toolbar.
- The upgrade of Jubilant is complete.
If this is an upgrade from Jubilant 1.0.x to 1.1.x, make sure the after install steps are also completed.
